Whispers of the Soul

Soul... It is not a part of you. It is YOU. If you think of your body as a vehicle, your soul is your driver. Can you guess what would be the fuel? Share t in the comments section. You soul is deep, it is more matured, it is raw, it is real. We all have different dreams and different goals. But our ultimate goal would be THE HAPPINESS.  What is the use, when you get whatever, you wished for, but you can't be happy with it in the end?

There is a beautiful difference between happiness and joy. Happiness is usually related to your external moments. When you get some chocolates, flowers or is someone compliments you or even eating your favourite food, makes you feel happy. It's beautiful, but temporary. It comes from something else. JOY! Joy is soul deep. It flows from within you. The situation outside could be noisy, unpleasant or even messy. When your heart smiles, you feel steady, calm and peaceful, then you are joyful. Your heart smiles because you're alive, connected and aligned.

"Happiness touches the surface of your heart. Joy touches your soul."

When your soul is happy, you feel:

  • light, as if burdens have softened
  • deep calm even during chaos
  • present and alive
  • grateful without needing more
  • whole, even if it is not perfect
  • In flow, as if the Universe is holding your hand

It feels like coming home to yourself. And that feeling must be felt. No words can explain that feeling when your soul is happy.

What makes your soul happy?

Each soul is different. But I will try to explain the most generalized idea:

  1. Living in Alignment with your true self - not pretending to be someone or pleasing others. You are able to live, express, feel the real you.
  2. Creating - any form of creativity, creating something can make your soul smile. Art, words, food or kindness, creativity is one way to meet your soul
  3. Nature - Your soul breathes when you are surrounded by trees, colors. water and moonlight. That gentle touch of breeze could open your soul!
  4. Purpose - when you do what you like, when you help others, make your life or others' life a meaningful one, when you live to your true passion and purpose, the soul lives.
  5. Connection - Can you remember, when did you last had a soulful conversation with someone you love. Those little chatters, laughter, stillness with someone who gets you is something your soul always crave for.
  6.  Freedom - The uninterrupted Freedom to express, to rest, to be yourself is the most precious treasure for our soul.

What can you do to make your soul happy?

Here is a soulful guide, to make your soul happy, intentionally. A genuine and conscious effort to make your soul smile:

1. Silence is sacred.
Spend even 5 minutes a day in silence — no phone, no tasks — just you and your breath. Your soul whispers here.

2. Do one thing daily that feels like you.
It could be dressing up, sketching, singing, writing, gardening — anything that makes you feel you are alive.

 3. Say no when your soul says no.
The moment you say yes to everything outside, you start saying no to yourself. Honour your boundaries.

4. Forgive.
Your soul wants peace, not revenge. Let go of heavy stories.

5. Gratitude.
Your soul blooms when you see blessings, even in small things.

6. Move with love.
Dance. Stretch. Walk barefoot on earth. Move in a way that feels like poetry to your soul.

7. Stay curious.
Read, learn, explore spiritual truths. The soul is a seeker.

8. Be kind — to yourself first.
Stop the harsh inner critic. Speak to yourself like a best friend or a sacred child.

Your soul isn’t asking you to be perfect.
It just wants you to be present, be real, and choose love over fear.

how does a soul manifest?

  1. Through stillness.
In the pause between thoughts, the soul speaks.
Manifestation begins here — not in overthinking, but in trusting.

  2. Through desire without attachment.
The soul desires joyfully but doesn’t cling.
It knows: What is meant for me is already mine.

  3. Through gratitude in advance.
When the soul thanks the universe before receiving,
the universe rushes to deliver — because belief is the greatest invitation.

  4. Through alignment, not performance.
It’s not “How can I make this happen?”
It’s “How can I become the version of me who already has it?”

Soul Affirmation:

“I am no longer begging.
I am blooming.
I align with the life my soul already remembers.”

No matter how loud the world gets, your soul always speaks in whispers. Trust it. In moments of doubt, stillness, or pain—go within. That’s where your truth lives. That’s where your power begins. And when you finally live in tune with your soul, life doesn’t just get better—it becomes sacred.
